Two short walkabouts over last two days, taking it steady for now.
Nothing new on Captains, really busy around the Grey Lady's Cloisters, must start taking me bins with me as lots of small birds around.
More interest along Stonechat Lane at the moment but even that is quiet compared to normal, a stroll up Abberley View Lane revealed large flock of chaffinches, amongst these were some bramblings and other birds, also lots of redwings, starlings and fieldfare about again, a buzzard hanging around soon dispersed most of the birds.
Stonechats and a green woodpecker in the dead man's allotment.
Some photos below from last two days, hope to post more of interest soon.
Stonechats still about, pretty sure there were 4 this afternoon.
Robin looking at me curiously, wondering where I've been I expect.
Looking toward Abberley Hills, BBC weather.
Brave going up on a cold day like today.
Scarlet Elf Fungus, poor image will try and get a better shot.
Love snowdrops, Spring isn't far away.
Might be a few days before I get out again as the weather forecast isn't the best, weekends are best for me as I have a lot more time.
