Friday May 17th
Very dreary start, complete contrast to yesterday.
Grebes still active, think the young ones are well nestled in their mother's feathers as it isn't a nice morning.
Buzzard active at back of the pool, but not much else to talk about as I didn't stay out long and may not have chance for another walkabout today, will update if I do.
Have taken some more pics and will update tonight.
About 9 this morning and used on BBC lunchtime news.

Tuesday 14th May
A beautiful day so went off to Shropshire to visit Attingham Park, what a lovely place, plenty of walks and to see inside the house is a must.
For a tuesday I can't get over how busy it was, the car park was rammed when we arrived at 10am, mind you there was the usual knobhead parking, you know what I mean, the big flash cars and also some little cars with newish plates taking up two spaces, one of the cars taking a double space was an old battered 03 plate Renault Laguna, we watched him park up, you would have thought it was a roller the way he parked.
A place that we shall visit again though, the staff were brilliant and couldn't fault the place.
